During my academic journey, I developed a strong interest in corporate law, and particularly transactions. As an associate in Hansen’s M&A group, I get the opportunity to work closely with owners, private equity firms, and corporations on various transactions. My strengths lie in my attention to detail, simplifying complex matters, and providing clients with a comprehensive perspective. I value building strong client relationships and understanding their businesses deeply, ensuring that my legal advice is not only sound but also aligned with their strategic goals.
