I have extensive experience of M&A transactions, as adviser to leading private equity firms and corporates. I spent close to 20 years working at Linklaters, the last 10 of them as head of the firm’s Nordic private equity practice.
But besides learning all I can about the business side of law practice, I’ve also learned what makes a successful advisor – and what doesn’t. What makes a successful partnership – and what doesn’t. And what makes a successful and happy workplace – and what doesn’t. The funny thing is – it’s super simple; culture and relationships.
These days I advise owners, corporates and private equity firms on M&A deals and corporate matters. And I can proudly say I’m a market leader in relation to management advisory services in the Nordics.
