I have extensive experience of advising owners, corporates and private equity firms on domestic and international M&A deals and other general corporate matters. As I am particularly passionate about SaaS and tech companies, I am enthusiastic that I have the opportunity to be part of journeys where the sky’s the only limit for some of the most interesting companies in this field – and on a daily basis!
The combination of business law and my previous experience within finance, customer service and sales have made me the adviser and project manager I am today. I believe spearheaded legal counselling and good relationships is the recipe for making our clients succeed.
