I specialize in private M&A transactions, advising private equity clients as well as corporates on both domestic and cross border transactions. I also advise clients on a daily basis on general corporate law matters.
In addition to my passion for the field of law itself, what motivates me daily are personal relationships with my clients. I love getting to know both my clients’ businesses and the person behind the company. I aim to be your advisor, and not just a(nother) lawyer.
