I am a lawyer and legal designer enthusiastic about innovation and sustainable business models. My areas of expertise are commercial agreements, privacy matters, intellectual property rights and employment-related matters. What I love about my work is the mix of spearheading legal advice and general strategic support. I have spent 10+ years working as a legal advisor (external and in-house) working closely with management and investors of start-ups and tech companies as well as large corporations in traditional industry sectors.
I am convinced that legal services and products need to be more human-centered, useful and engaging, and this is where my passion for legal design comes into play. By making contracts, terms of use, privacy policies, and other legal documents practical and meaningful we create more value for our clients as well as their customers, partners and end-users. That is what I call a win-win.
