We are thrilled to welcome Hanna Lundström and Ylva Hallböök to Team Hansen! They’re joining us straight out of university and are now taking their first steps in their legal careers, a time filled with new questions, new perspectives, and, above all, a lot to learn.
But starting out as a lawyer today also means entering an industry where AI is rapidly becoming part of everyday life. For Hanna and Ylva, AI was naturally part of their onboarding process right from the start.
Not just how the tools work, but also the perhaps more important question: How do you use AI as a new lawyer without overlooking the practical skills that form the foundation of the legal profession?
In our AI sessions, which we hold every other week, we test, discuss, and reflect together. We explore how AI can challenge a line of reasoning, help us understand more, and at the same time develop our own ability to think, analyze, and formulate legal responses.
For us, AI isn’t a shortcut that bypasses the learning process. Used correctly, it can instead be part of the learning process itself.
Combining curiosity and traditional craftsmanship with new tools is an important part of being a lawyer today, and we look forward to following Hanna and Ylva on their journey.
